24 hour studio access with competency training and assessment.
Off hours equipment rental must be pre-approved by staff. Rental fees apply and will be invoiced. Payments for after-hour rental must be paid within 7 days of invoice issue date.

VIP Members and Studio Artist Program participants who have received proper training and competency assessments are eligible to pay the key deposit for 24/hour studio access.
All licenses require a security deposit of one month’s license fee of $175.00 and a $55.00 key deposit due at signing. Upon completion of the license agreement, key deposit will be returned to the client when the building electronic key card and Studio Artist Room key are returned to Foci MCGA.
