Synaptic Connections: A Solo Exhibition by Jo Andersson

February 10- March 24, 2023

Synaptic Connections is an experimental and interactive installation incorporating blown glass and neon sculpture.

Exhibition Statement:

Our experiences wire us. They help to create the blueprint of our being. In "Synaptic Connections" I want to experiment with space and how an individual's movement and interaction can be seen and expressed through each individual sculpture. Just as the synapses in our brain fire and communicate with each other, each interaction and connection we have with one another shapes and molds us in life. I want to show this correlation in the work and I hope you enjoy experiencing it.
