Join featured exhibition artist Jo Andersson in the hot shop for a glass blowing demo! Jo will work in the Foci Minnesota Center for Glass Arts studio to demonstrate some of the techniques featured in her work in the 2023 exhibition Fluidity: Identity in Swedish Glass.

Foci Minnesota Center for Glass Arts presents our inaugural Fall Fundraiser! The event will include glass demonstrations, a silent auction, glass pumpkin patch, food, and drinks. Join us for an artist talk and glassblowing demonstration featuring Megan Stelljes, a 2022 Visiting Artist at Foci Minnesota Center for Glass Arts. Megan is teaching a glass workshop at Foci MCGA that focuses on learning hot glass sculpting techniques concentrating on color application and hot assembly. The workshop will primarily utilize powder application to achieve color patterns and textures referencing natural objects.
